We have almost completed the Gambier Island project despite it being a remote build with barge access only. All of the interior finishing details have commenced and final painting, appliance, lighting and plumbing fixtures will be installed.

There is a major ‘buzz’ on Gambier from the residents as well as land owners who have been keeping a watchful eye on our new home build to see how we would do and if we can actually build a complete finished 2500+ square foot custom home and bunk house in under a year. We are pleased to say that we will meet that objective and hope to hand the key’s over to the owners in September.

Tamlin will no doubt have a regular presence on Gambier with other projects and we look forward to building new relationships in the years ahead.
