 Design Consultation

We understand how important your home design is, so we have several design options for you. Choose from our large selection of traditional and contemporary home plans, and our featured Westcoast Contemporary home plans.

Easily request a modified or fully-designed plan. By using our experienced in-house designers, we can offer you cost-savings on design.

Tamlin also has a number of qualified architects we can refer you to, and we can work with your architect if you choose to bring one in.

 Project Planning

After you have a home design, it’s time to make a plan and a schedule that covers all the details. We can also help you with organizing your project management, arranging engineering, and helping with other construction planning tasks.

 Permit Plans & Construction Plans

During the building process there are countless occasions when detailed drawing and plans are needed for sub-trades, engineers, building department, interior designers, kitchen and bathroom experts and more. We provide these drawings on a quick turnaround to save you time and keep the process moving quickly.

 Precision-Manufacturing and Test-Fitting

An integral part of our quality control is making sure all timber components are test fit at the factory first.

Shipping to Your Building Site

We ship homes across the US and Canada, as well as internationally. We have been shipping homes for 30 years. Our shipments are organized to make them easy for you to receive.

Unload the Materials

Typically, the foundation of your home will be ready by the time your prefab house package arrives from Tamlin. You can continue with framing, installation of the prefab materials, siding, doors, windows and roof… all the way to your interior finishings and Lock Up stage.
