Tamlin’s Custom “Contemporary” Burnaby home is in the final landscaping and interior touch up stages. Final inspections are being set up now, and Tamlin Homes will also have its home warranty take effect as soon as the building is ready.
This refers to the 2-5-10 year warranty program which is registered with the Home Protection Office (HPO) of B.C. Two years warranty on the whole house, five years warranty on the building envelope, and ten years warranty on the structure of the home.
However, Tamlin’s focus on all quality aspects of the home will provide significantly many more years of customer satisfaction and minimal maintenance.
