The Gulf Islands Timber Frame Park Shelter is now fully completed! This project for BC Parks is located on Cortes Island in the Smelt Bay Campground. Access to the Island is by the Whaletown Ferry on Sutil Point and you can also get there by private boat. The structure will be enjoyed mostly by the public as this is the only campground on Cortes Island. Tamlin supplied everything for this amazing gazebo/picnic shelter. Checkout the amazing rock retaining walls, and the giant wood-stove fireplace. This will surely be enjoyed by park goers for a long time!
