All of the timber frame components are meticulously custom designed into each house package, so the timber frame components fit precisely into predetermined wall and roof locations. Tamlin takes the timber frame concept further by also providing the full design plans and the materials to build the “shell” of your home including floors, walls, roof and porch systems, exterior sidings, doors, windows, stairs and decks. Many components are prefabricated or pre-finished to make construction more efficient on site.
