This property in northern California could not be more perfect for our West Coast Contemporary style of home. The wings on the Gambier 2265 were flipped but the center section remained the same. A few minor floor plan changes and the addition of a garage completed this modification. The house and garage were angled slightly on the lot and in relation to each other to fit within the setbacks and take maximum advantage of the spectacular views, even from the garage.
One of the most enjoyable things for us here at Tamlin is when we get the finished photos of one of our homes. Our clients take our designs and personalize them and make them their own. No two Tamlin homes are identical, each has its own unique character. We can’t get enough of the colour scheme these clients used in their master bathroom. The simple clean lines in our contemporary homes allow for creativity in decorating and finishing the homes.
