This modified version of our popular Gambier model was shipped to Michigan just over a month ago. The Gambier was the perfect choice for the client; their modifications to the great room windows and the addition of a screened-in porch helps them to maximize the views on their property and enjoy the outdoors at the same time.
All of our solid Douglas Fir timbers are hand-picked and chosen straight from the mills here in BC. Once they arrive, we pre-cut, manufacture and test fit all of them here in our Timber Facility.
As with all of our shipments, the prefabricated components are loaded and tarped at our factory. We provide a full loading report along with a complete bill of materials so you’ll know exactly what materials you will be receiving on site and where they are located. This will help speed up the overall unloading process and, as the build progresses, you’ll know which lift contains the materials you need.
We like to work with the chosen local builder to coordinate an arrival date for our house package to ensure the building process goes smoothly. And so, with this project we were able to time the arrival with the time that the foundation was finished to avoid any delays in the project.
As soon as the basement was framed up, our panelized wall system was able to go up with relative ease. A fully detailed wall panel layout will be provided with each one of our house packages to help with the build.
