New, updated pictures from our Gambier Island Project. Here are some highlights:
Exterior pre-finished Western Red Cedar “shadowline” paneling has been installed
Premanufactured, ready to assemble glulam post & beam structure,
– Contemporary 14’ Window Views at the front of the building,
– Open Living Concept with living , kitchen, and all electrical, plumbing and HVAC rough-in completed,
– drywall is scheduled in about a week,
– started on the kitchen manufacturing (off site), and appliances have all been chosen to fit in perfectly with the design.
The clients visited the site last weekend and were thrilled at the progress and quality of construction.
