Our clients Mr. and Mrs. Bell who lived in Florida had a dream of retiring in Colorado. They wanted to build their own dream home. Tamlin’s West-Coast-style Timber Frame home design caught their attention and soon, the couple asked Tamlin to modify one of our popular plans, called “The Clear Lake.”
Save Money by Working with a Canadian Home Package Builder
After a few months of planning, budgeting and design work, the Bells moved forward and purchased a Tamlin Home Package from Canada which was essentially the “shell of the home.” The home package had beautiful timber-frame joinery, Douglas Fir timber components, easy-to-assemble panelized walls, and pre-made stairs. The Bells were excited about the beautiful home they were going to build, and the money they were saving by working with a Canadian house package supplier.
When it came time for the Bells to import their custom house package, Tamlin ensured all border-crossing requirements were met. Working with Tamlin, the Bells were able to easily import their house package from Canada.
The house package arrived on two trucks after the foundation had been prepared and a crane was used to assemble the prefabricated walls, and incredible Douglas Fir timber components.
Tamlin Canada helped the Bells build their dream home by coordinating the engineering and working with a local builder to communicate all the technical information smoothly. Tamlin’s home building expertise ensured the Bells would build their new home worry-free.
