After a week or so of the West Coast rain, the concrete floor was poured, sub-floor installed, the Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) wall panels were delivered and are now going up on the Gambier Island house. Should have the walls and all wood beams up in less than a week and then the roof panes will be set in place. Lock-up in a couple of weeks and then the interior trades take over.
