Tamlin helped this client build a beautiful functional laneway home that received compliments from the building inspectors and planning department of her city. At just 1000 square feet on two floors this home features vaulted ceilings with timber accents in the main living area, two bathrooms, a bedroom upstairs with an open loft area and a flex room on the main floor that could be turned into a second bedroom. An exterior storage/recycling area, large patio and covered timber front porch complete this home.
