Tamlin custom designs each timber frame or post & beam component to guarantee the structural integrity and strength of the product. This means proper sizing and grade specifications of all wood posts and beams, engineered connections (mortise & tenon joinery), and any required hidden steel fasteners, tie downs, or lag bolts. Tamlin’s hybrid home system also enables us to engineer other factory made components such as engineered prefabricated walls.
