Discovery Ridge – Minnesota

Our Discovery Ridge project in Minnesota represents one of the largest and most customized versions of this popular design. At approximately 1,775 sq. ft., this home was developed to maximize views of the surrounding lakefront property while providing a spacious and functional layout for year-round living.

The design features a generous primary suite, two additional large bedrooms, and a signature open concept living space anchored by the great room. Built on a slab on grade foundation with radiant in-floor heating, the home is well suited to colder climates, providing consistent comfort and energy efficiency throughout the seasons. The inclusion of dedicated mechanical and storage areas further enhances the functionality of the layout.

The Efficiency of Prefabrication

This project highlights the advantages of prefabrication in border crossing and remote delivery scenarios. The home package was manufactured in Canada and shipped to the United States in coordinated deliveries, allowing the project to move forward efficiently once the foundation and site preparation were complete.
