This four-plus-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath,4,265 square-foot custom home in Temecula, California showcases a modern Spanish-Colonial architectural style enhanced with contemporary Douglas-Fir timber accents. The combination creates a refined, warm, and timeless design that fits seamlessly into the Southern California landscape and highlights how prefab construction can support traditional architectural aesthetics.

Built from Client Supplied Architectural Plans
For this project, the client came to us with completed architectural drawings prepared by Axis 3 Architects. With the plans in hand, Tamlin developed the full panelized structural package along with all pre-cut Douglas-Fir timber components required for construction. Our team engineered the prefabricated wall systems, custom timber details, and material specifications needed to ensure the home was built accurately and efficiently. The clear Canadian Douglas-Fir timber beams support the vaulted ceilings and span up to 26 feet without intermediate posts, creating an open and dramatic interior consistent with the modern Spanish-Colonial style.
