We are excited to share some of the first photos of this prefabricated house package, which was shipped in April of this year. We had shipped the prefabricate garage package in July 2022, so when the house package was loaded onto 3 trucks and shipped to this client in southwest Colorado, the garage was ready to store materials and the house foundation was in, ready to start building on.
This 2,431 square foot Gambier is built on a crawl space and features 3 bedrooms with a flex room that could be an office, music room, craft room or a fourth bedroom. Having a “flex” room in a home means bedrooms do not have to be dual purpose and can be used just as a bedroom. In addition to the large primary bedroom, which has a walk-in closet with an island and a huge ensuite, this home has a second bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This coupled with the other flexible options make it a home perfect for multi-generational living.
