We are excited and honoured that this home, The Panorama, is a finalist for the prestigious Georgie Awards. We will find out if this project is a winner at the Georgie’s 25th Anniversary Gala.
“A winning project in the Georgie Awards is the top prize for builders and renovators in British Columbia. It is the best opportunity for those involved in the home-building industry to be recognized for their achievements amongst their industry colleagues, and showcase their successful work to clients,” said Neil Moody, CHBA BC’s CEO.
At just under 2600 square feet, this stunning west coast contemporary home is built on an island in Southern British Columbia Canada. This home was custom designed by Tamlin to take full advantage of the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Sunshine Coast and Mount Baker while being positioned for maximum privacy on the lot.
From the floor to ceiling windows and covered deck spaces that can be used year round, there is not an unobstructed view from this home. Designed, prefabricated (for shipment and ease of installation in a remote location) and built by Tamlin, this home was truly a labour of love for our team. The owner of the home had previous experience in interior design and worked with us on the interior finishing. Her unique finishing touches have made this home truly stunning and one of a kind.
Currently being used as a weekend retreat to unwind from life in the city, the owners plan on eventually retiring to this home.

Built in the city or in a remote location, a home like this is definitely a place to relax and enjoy life. We always enjoy working with our clients to help make their dreams a reality.
