Built in Northern Minnesota near Lake Vermillion, one of the oldest towns in the Arrowhead Region, sits this brand new Discovery Ridge Home.
This prefabricated house package was shipped on two trucks to a staging area and then transferred to smaller trucks for delivery. Although we normally ship directly to site, occasionally clients will ask us to ship to a staging area and they then move the material to the site as needed. We are always happy to accommodate whatever the client requires for delivery.
Like many of our homes, this home was designed to take in the beautiful serene views from this lot.
At 1,775 square feet this is, to date, the largest Discovery Ridge plan that we have done. The client chose radiant in-floor heat with a slab on grade foundation for this home. Many of our single level West Coast Contemporary homes have this type of heating system and foundation. This home has a large master suite and two additional large bedrooms. The large walk-in pantry is a signature of our Discovery Ridge design and this home is no exception. Separate mechanical and laundry rooms also provide lots of storage space.
