This 4,400 square foot custom West Coast Contemporary prefabricated house package is being built in Gibsons B.C., a short ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay, north of Vancouver. A 700 square foot garage and 1,600 square foot barn will also round out the building project.
Not only will family members enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the stunning vaulted ceiling great room, but also the open field and picturesque tree line behind the home.
The site work and foundation are underway and will feature energy efficient ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) which Tamlin designed into the building.
Tamlin has just completed cutting, test fitting, and prestaining all the timber frame components which will be shipped with the panelized walls coming up soon.
