Tamlin carriage home project- BC
Tamlin Homes just completed a ‘Turnkey’ project in Maple Ridge BC for the Adam’s family. The project was a “carriage apartment” over a garage that is @ 1500 square feet. The client sat down with the design team at Tamlin and the goal was to have the carriage home match the existing log home on the property. This was accomplished using conventional framing with profiled log siding to match the main house and western red cedar ‘board and batten’ siding on the gable ends as well as the upper portion of the building.
The client also took advantage the Tamlin Building System which included taking the home package materials to completion using Tamlin’s professional crews and Project Management. The target completion date was met and the client has room for guests over the holidays.
