Tamlin’s new home building project in North Burnaby is making real headway. Not to mention we are right on schedule!
We recently finished pouring the foundation/basement, connecting the services and backfilling. Framing is well underway and the second floor structure is now being constructed – all on schedule.
Our homeowners are thrilled with the progress on site and behind the scenes! Tamlin Homes and our interior designer Deena O’Brien are busy planning the bathrooms, kitchen, cabinets, stairs, flooring, fixtures, and countless other details, which were long ago scheduled in an “itemized” checklist. To keep things running smoothly we also have weekly meetings with our Burnaby homeowners – details are discussed on specific dates so that the decision making process is efficient and without delays. The Timber Frame and Post & Beam components in the home which were pre-manufactured well ahead of time are soon to be installed at the entry, porches and interior areas of the home.
