New Contemporary Home Build in Burnaby BC
Tamlin Custom Homes is breaking ground on a new home project for a client in Burnaby. This new house is a contemporary “West Coast” style design incorporating some timber frame elements into the great room and kitchen area as well as on the exterior entry. Total size, including the garage, will be over 5,500 ft2 and will be a standout in the neighbourhood for sure. Tamlin was hired by the client to design and build the home to completion.
These turnkey projects are not new to us as Tamlin Homes started building custom homes over 30 years ago in the Vancouver area. There has been an increase in demand for completed homes as well as for large renovations and we are updating our website and adding to our Project Management team as a result.
We have almost completed the turnkey project on Gambier Island as well and will hand the keys over later this month. Client is thrilled and we are the ‘talk of the Island’ I hear.
Tamlin Homes is also adding a “Contemporary Designs” section to the website so check back in a couple of days and it should be live.
