We recently had the privilege of attending a Seminar that featured speaker, Kevin Knebl. Kevin is an expert on all things social media but more importantly, building relationships with clients.
Tamlin Homes has built it’s business model around listening to our customers and giving them advice and support throughout their build, regardless of how much or how little of Timber Frame or Log Home materials we have supplied them.
The seminar really reinforced the importance of “people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”. We would highly recommend going and seeing Kevin when he is back in Vancouver as the time will be well spent. I know we will always strive to be better with our client relationships and social media will allow us to improve it.
