The Clear Lake Denver 1744

The Clear Lake is one of Tamlin’s most popular prefabricated hybrid timber frame house package models. One of the design elements that our clients really like is that the Clear Lake home has the primary suite on the main floor. The spacious primary suite has a walk-in closet, 5-piece ensuite bathroom, fire place, sitting area and an optional deck. This home features an open concept, vaulted ceiling design with the highlight being Tamlin’s post and beam construction and solid timber open riser stairs. The expanse of windows in the great room take advantage of views and also provide lots of natural light and great views from the loft. The loft features a second bedroom, bathroom and open area that could be turned into a third bedroom.   

The Clear Lake Denver model also features a two-car attached garage.  As with all of Tamlin’s homes this home can be built on any foundation.
