After months of planning, permit submissions, engineering, and final building approval, Tamlin commenced this 4,500 square foot custom West Coast Contemporary home on Vancouver Island in the fall of 2022. With completion of the site work and foundation, the home is starting to take shape. Service connections for the slab on grade foundation had to be carefully planned.
There were four 53 foot flat deck trucks sent so far to the site as part of the prefabricated home package. Panelized wall installation and engineered roof systems are currently being installed.
