Tamlin recently shipped a custom west coast 3,000 sq. ft. home to Sonoma County in California, USA.
This home design was based on our award winning “Gambier” plan. The house package was shipped duty free across the border, and Tamlin managed to fit the entire prefabricated “shell” of the building on four 53 foot trucks! Our shipping team coordinated with the home owner and his local builder to ensure that the “fleet” of trucks arrived safely and on time.
After crossing the border, deliveries were staggered to enable ease of unloading where each truck took less than two hours to unload. Tamlin’s meticulous load plans, truck unloading diagrams, and paperwork, also allowed the client to plan the staging of the shipment before the trucks arrived.
