This is a full renovation that is underway on Thetis Island now. Tamlin has built on Thetis before and is very familiar with remote island access and the logistics of such builds. We also have an amazing transportation company that we use for all of our remote builds. He has a truck that fits onto most of the ferries and their height and length restrictions. The homeowners wanted to maintain the waterfront look of this unique cabin and incorporate the original front framed portion to fit into the redesign. The homeowners had outgrown the quaint cabin and wanted a new and larger living space. This new layout has timber frame components and is much larger and open that is was before. The renovation is going smoothly and on time and on budget.
