After a week or so of West Coast rain, the concrete floor was poured, sub-floor installed, the SIP wall panels were delivered and are now going up on the Gambier Island house. Should have the walls and all wood beams up in less than a week and then the roof panes will be set in place. Lock-up in a couple of weeks and then the interior trades take over.
